Hi MOM!
This is your very well and alive son! Today (Friday) is my p day while i'm here at the MTC. Man, this lifestyle is soo much different than i'm used to. I am getting to like it here. So far i am pretty stressed but also excited to get to New York. My companion's name is Elder Johanson. He is from Highland Utah and he is pretty dang awesome. We get along really well and we have some fun times. He and I just got called....Wait for it....As Zone Leaders! My second day here, i get called as a zone leader! crazy! We don't start that calling until Sunday, but it's pretty awesome. We have been practicing teaching new investigators these past few days and man is it a reality shock. I thought was just gonna grasp all this knowledge but nope. I have been obeying the rules as best as possible. I know that i will be blessed for it. My testimony is growing, slowly but definitely surely. I'm just pretty stressed and tired all the time but i know that following the rules is the best thing to do. I saw Elder Fifita in the cafeteria! I yelled: "Lipe! Uh...I mean, Elder Fifita!" but he responded to "Lipe" lol. He ran over and gave be a huge hug and we talked for a few minutes. We plan to see each other on Sunday at the devotional. I will try to get you a picture. Anyway. I love you with all my heart!
Your stripling warrior,
Elder Branndin Brian Long
YAY!! So cool!
