Branndin received 21 ties from the members of our ward! Its a new tradition that the men 'lay' the new Elder with their ties before they leave. This was the day of his farewell :) Rock on Elder!
Then he got a few more later...Brother Manning gave him 2 and Elder Holben gave him 2 also! All of those ties made for quite the lei...he said they were really heavy! Fun tradition though!
